1. Introduction
Welcome to Lovestyler, operated by DR.Oogle Inc. Your privacy is important to us, especially given the sensitive nature of our trauma assessment tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using Lovestyler, you acknowledge that sharing sensitive information about childhood experiences carries inherent risks, and you accept responsibility for the information you choose to share during your assessment.
2. Our Privacy-First Approach
Lovestyler is designed with privacy as a core principle:
- No Registration Required: Take our assessment without creating an account
- Minimal Data Collection: We only collect what's necessary for your assessment
- Session-Based Storage: Your responses are automatically deleted when you leave
- 48-Hour Maximum: All data is permanently deleted within 48 hours, no exceptions
- No Tracking: We don't track you across sessions or websites
- No Permanent Storage: Your assessment responses are never permanently stored
3. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our assessment service:
3.1 Assessment Data
- Quiz Responses: Your answers to trauma assessment questions
- Session ID: A temporary identifier to maintain your session
- Progress Information: Which sections you've completed
- Generated Results: Your personalized Survivor Love Styles report
Important: We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying information. Your assessment is completely anonymous.
3.2 Technical Data
- Browser type and version (for compatibility)
- Device information (mobile/desktop for optimal display)
- IP address (temporarily, for security purposes only)
- Session timestamps (for automatic deletion)
This technical data is automatically deleted along with your assessment data and is never used to identify or track you.
3.3 Commenting Data (Optional)
If you choose to use our commenting features, we collect:
- Google account information (email, profile) for authentication
- Comments you post on educational content
- Comment timestamps and interaction data
Note: Commenting requires Google authentication and is separate from our anonymous assessment tool. You can take the assessment without commenting.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data exclusively to:
- Generate Your Assessment: Process your responses to create personalized Survivor Love Styles results
- Maintain Your Session: Keep track of your progress during the assessment
- Provide Results: Display your personalized report and enable PDF download
- Improve Platform Security: Prevent abuse and ensure platform stability
- Moderate Comments: Ensure commenting features remain supportive and appropriate
- Comply with Legal Obligations: Meet mandatory reporting requirements if necessary
What We Don't Do: We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any commercial purposes beyond providing the assessment service.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your privacy is protected through automatic data deletion:
- Automatic Session Deletion: All assessment data is deleted when you close your browser or end your session
- 48-Hour Maximum: Any remaining data is permanently deleted within 48 hours, no exceptions
- Immediate Deletion Available: You can delete your data instantly at any time during your session
- No Backup Retention: Deleted data is not stored in backups or recovery systems
- Comments: Comments posted with Google authentication are retained unless you delete them
Why 48 Hours? This brief retention period allows you to return to complete your assessment if you're interrupted, while ensuring your sensitive data isn't stored long-term.
6. Data Security
We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your sensitive data:
- Encryption: All data transmitted and stored is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
- Secure Servers: Data is stored on secure, monitored servers with restricted access
- Access Controls: Only essential staff have access to systems, never to individual responses
- Regular Security Audits: We regularly assess and update our security measures
- No Permanent Storage: The best security is not storing sensitive data long-term
Security Limitations: Despite our comprehensive security measures, no online platform is entirely secure. While we use best practices to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches will never occur. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks of online services.
8. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We are committed to not sharing your sensitive assessment data:
- No Commercial Sharing: We never sell, rent, or license your assessment data
- No Marketing Partners: We don't share data with advertisers or marketing companies
- No Research Sharing: Your individual responses are never shared for research purposes
- Service Providers: Essential services (hosting, security) are bound by strict data protection agreements
Limited Exceptions: We may disclose information only when:

- Necessary to prevent imminent harm to self or others
- Required for mandatory reporting of ongoing child abuse

10. Children's Privacy
Lovestyler is exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. Our assessment deals with sensitive trauma-related content that requires adult emotional maturity and decision-making capacity.
If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
Note: While our assessment asks about childhood experiences, it is designed for adults reflecting on their past, not for current minors.
11. International Data Transfers

We implement appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives adequate protection during any international transfers, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By using Lovestyler, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.

We use minimal analytics to improve our assessment tool:
- Anonymous Usage Statistics: Basic information about how users navigate the assessment
- Performance Monitoring: Technical data to ensure the platform works properly
- Error Tracking: Information about technical issues to improve user experience
Privacy Protection: All analytics data is:
- Aggregated and anonymized
- Not linked to your assessment responses
- Not used to identify individual users

- Require new consent for continued use
- Provide at least 30 days notice before implementation
Your continued use of Lovestyler after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy.

- Response Sensitivity: Your answers may reveal deeply personal information about childhood experiences
- Emotional Impact: The assessment process itself may trigger memories or emotional responses

- Professional Support: We strongly encourage sharing results with qualified mental health professionals
Your Control: You can skip questions, take breaks, or end the assessment at any time. You are in complete control of what information you choose to provide.
No Judgment: Our platform is designed to be a safe, non-judgmental space for self-reflection and understanding.
16. Limitation of Liability
