Important Notice:

By accessing or using the Trauma & Empathy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The platform is intended for users 18 years or older and is designed for sharing childhood memories in a structured and safe environment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lovestyler platform ("Platform"), operated by DR.Oogle Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Lovestyler provides an online assessment tool that helps users understand how childhood experiences may have shaped their relationship patterns through our "Survivor Love Styles" framework. The Platform includes:

  • Trauma assessment questionnaire with survivor love styles
  • Personalized results based on your responses
  • Educational content about survivor love styles
  • Commenting functionality for users with Google authentication
  • Crisis resources and professional guidance recommendations
  • PDF download of your assessment results

Important Notice: This Platform is not a diagnostic tool and does not provide therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services. We strongly encourage users to seek support from qualified mental health professionals, especially when dealing with traumatic experiences.

If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact a mental health professional, local emergency services, or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended solely for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the age restriction.

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect information from or direct any services to children under 13 years of age.

3.1 Rationale for Age Restriction

Our platform restricts membership to individuals 18 years of age or older for several important reasons:

  • Mental Health Considerations: Engaging with traumatic memories through our assessment may have significant emotional consequences. Adults are generally better equipped to manage these potential impacts and seek appropriate support.
  • Risk Reduction: The 18+ restriction helps prevent exposing minors to potentially triggering content about childhood trauma, which could be particularly impactful for adolescents who may still be processing their own childhood experiences.
  • Clinical Considerations: Trauma processing for minors is typically guided by mental health professionals in structured settings. Our platform explicitly states it is not a substitute for professional mental health services.
  • Informed Consent: Adults can more fully understand the potential psychological impacts of engaging with traumatic content and make informed decisions about their participation.

For minors seeking support for traumatic experiences, we strongly encourage:

  • Working with qualified mental health professionals who specialize in childhood trauma
  • Engaging with age-appropriate support resources designed specifically for younger individuals
  • Seeking guidance from school counselors, trusted adults, or appropriate youth-focused support organizations

4. User Conduct

Users must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Use the Platform only for its intended purpose of trauma assessment and education
  • Engage in respectful communication in comments
  • No use of swear words, obscene language, or offensive content in comments or any user-generated content
  • No personally identifiable information or contact details of yourself or others
  • No hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory language based on race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • No content related to self-harm, suicide ideation, or encouraging harmful behaviors
  • No posting of social media handles or other contact information
